We machine your parts in our workshops to your plans, designs and models.
We convert your DXF plans into machining programmes on our digitally-controlled machines, enabling us to keep programming periods to a minimum.
Our machines are amongst the largest on the market and we can machine dimensions of 3200 mm by 1600 nm on the same machining table.
Our high-performance CAD/CAM programs mean that we can machine in 3D and in parameterised mode.
Moulded parts
We produce moulded parts in thermosetting and thermoplastic materials.
Thermosetting plastics are moulded in hot compression or by transfer.
SMC - BMC - RTM and other processes are used to mould your parts according to plans or models.
We can produce old parts for which the mould no longer exists and for which you no longer have the plans.
Our 'teaching laser' system produces the mould machining programme, enabling us to reproduce the identical part with great precision.
Asbestos-free parts
We machine and mould parts for insulator applications exposed to high temperatures (1700°C).
Depending on your applications, we will advise you on the choice of materials from among mica, calcium silicate and ceramics.
All our materials are asbestos-free.
